The Paramount is a luxury home perfect for your next Southern Utah adventure! With 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and space for 39 guests, you can gather comfortably with friends & family. Throughout the home, you will find thoughtful touches, making your stay comfortable & memorable. Relax in the swim spa, grill up your dinner, enjoy a card game at the poker table, play some foosball, or cool off in one of the community pools. No matter what you do you'll have a wonderful experience at the Paramount!

The Paramount is three floors of luxury and comfort! Entering the home you'll find yourself in the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed. So, no need to worry about how you'll be preparing your meals during your stay, we've got you covered! In the dining area, there is a large dining table that seats 24 and an island that seats 2 more. Also on the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a king bed and smart TV. The living room has comfortable couches and a smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming service. Connecting the living room and side patio are large glass accordion doors that open up fully, allowing you to enjoy both spaces together. On the patio, you'll find a swim spa and a large brand-new BBQ. The swim spa is the perfect addition to the home that you can enjoy year-round! Whether you come in the winter and want to heat it, or turn it off and use it as a pool in the summer to cool off. There is also a laundry room and a 2-car garage with a cornhole game on the first floor.

Going up the stairs on the second floor you'll find 3 king bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You'll also find a bunk room with 1 twin-over-queen, 3 queen-over-queen bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom setup is perfect if you are having multiple families and groups get together. You can stay in the same home while having your own space! In addition to the bedrooms, there is another cozy living room area with comfortable couches, a smart TV, and a bar counter with a drink fridge. It's the perfect space to gather, chat, and have a drink together!

Going up the stairs one more time, the whole third floor is a bunk room loft. It's the perfect place for all to gather with 4 queen-over-queen bunk beds, a poker table, a foosball table, and a large smart TV - movie night anyone?

Around the back, there is plenty of space to park trailers and extra vehicles. The home is a 5-minute drive to Sand Hollow State Park where you can go to the reservoir and off-roading at the sand dunes.

This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Across the street, there is the community pool area where you will find a hot tub, lap pool, swimming pool, and splash pad to enjoy. All are heated so you can enjoy them any time of the year.

To enter the home you will go through the front door. It has a keypad lock that will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on the reservation. Once inside you can open the garage and pull around back to park. There will be a garage door opener on the counter for you to use during your stay. You may park in the garage and/or around the back where there is room.

We have made every effort to make your stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From extra pillows and blankets to a fully equipped kitchen, we have thought of it all for you. Once you arrive all you have to do is relax and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer!
