You can tell this property has been there for a while. While the floors had been upgraded, it still has popcorn ceilings, the tv size was small (appeared to be less than 32") and kitchen area needs an upgrade (extra small microwave & old cabinets. While the bathroom commode was upgraded, the tub needs to be refinished or replaced. There was no complimentary coffee/tea in the room nor a coffee pot. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was a huge plus.

The staff were always friendly and able to assist. The rooms though a little old had all the facilities needed (just had to ask the staff for the kitchen pack and I was ready to eat in etc). Breakfast is just a coffee bar but it was enough to get you started for the day.

Although the name "Extended Stay...." had me thinking it would be like a Extended stay hotel or motel that have alot of unwanted traffic but it wasnt. I was shocked and khave no complaints at all. Reasonable room rates and its clean. Great job!

Staff was friendly. Check in/out was fast. Rooms were nice except there was some space in door that wasn't sealed so air moved through, stains on bathroom counter and curtains in the room. I would ask that you maybe look at a way that considers a morning check in and late check out for those that might be staying due to work on night shift.

Neat,comfy and tidy

Front clerk Ammie was friendly, professional and informative. She check me in, explained all the amenities and how to access them. The room was clean, fresh smelling with no cover up fragrance. The bed and pillows was firm and comfy. It was quiet even through the night,I felt secure.
