Check in was horrible. I tried to give her my identification from the beginning because I knew she would need it and could possibly use it to look up the reservation. She didn’t take it, asked for my name, then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have a reservation for me. I started to panic but she had just smelled something incorrect. Then came back and asked for my identification. I did get a smoking room but it smelled really horribly, I didn’t want to eat my food inside the room. The tub had stains.

The room's condition was, unfortunately, less than ideal. The pillowcases had blood stains, and there were cigarette burns in various locations bed, toliet, table etc. There was a bug on the bed possibly a flea, and the room was generally unclean. The smell was quite unpleasant, like something decaying. This was all within minutes of us being in the room. We asked for a refund immediately. Thankfully, the staff members were friendly. We did receive a refund. It would be wise to consider alternative accommodations.

Worse stay ever.

We get to the room all seems find. The we had gray water that was coming from the ceiling above the toilet that well on me as i was using the restroom i reported it the i was moved to a double when i rented a king with no compensation just a "I'm sorry" which is a downgrade. Then they didnt fix it they just cleaned it and re-rented it to someone else. This was horrible. To the point we checked out early. Then at check out they say i own them MORE money for the room change. I wish i would have taken photos it was room123 tho!

I had my two children, we left for food and came back to a noise complaint. The clerk threatened to call the cops if we didn’t keep the kids tamed was her words. The ceiling was falling in. The paint was chipping off all the walls. I didn’t even want my kids walking around, let alone not tamed. Mold was in the bathroom. I would not ever stay again.

This econo lodge was labeled “pet friendly.” However, no additional charge per pet was mentioned in the advertisement. Be forthright if you’re going to charge a fee. I was very surprised that an additional charge of $20 was added on. I would like a refund for $20 because that fee was hidden. I would have gladly payed it if this fee was clearly stated.

Will not stay here again.

Front desk associate was very nice and friendly. Hotel room smelled bad, small tv, remote didn’t work, dingy, air vent in bathroom was hanging, and wasn’t the cleanest. And the main door had a gap at the bottom.

Upon first impressions with the staff when checking in, they were extreme nice and welcoming. The room, had it issues. I first noticed that the light in the bathroom turned on after flipping the switch about 7-8 time (on average). One of the lamps didn't have a bulb in it, base board around air conditioning unit was pulling away from the wall, TV failed to connect to the hotel wifi limiting watch options. A couple of the hand towels where clearly passed the use date. They were noticeably dingy in colors and needed to meet the trash.
