暖房が切られた寒いホテル

チェックインした時に客室が寒かったので、フロントに伝えると暖房を入れてくれて暖かくなった。 部屋にはスイッチがなく、フロントの方で電源を操作したと思われる。 ところが夜中に睡眠中に寒くて目が覚め、ダウンやフリースなどありったけの衣類を着て寝たが寒くて寝られなかった。 翌朝、外に出てみると車の窓に霜がついて凍っていて、ぬるま湯をかけると一旦溶けたがまたその水が凍りついたので氷点下であったと思う。 暖房を途中で切るとは、節約にもほどがある。

Arrowhead Inn use to be a good place to stay while skiing. Unfortunately it’s looking a little well loved. The sheets don’t fit the beds, the coverlets aren’t as fresh as they use to be and the ceiling in the bathroom looks like it needs a clean and a coat of paint. The rooms were warm and the people are friendly. It just needs some sprucing up.

It is in a nice, spot right near Arrowhead park. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room smelled strange and the room was very cold. We were also disappointed that the check-in host was not very knowledgeable about the area or restaurants in town.

Having the kitchenette was good but outdated and needs to be replaced. Check in is inconvenient. You have to go across the street to another inn and then back when returning the key. The beds are solid rocks but at least it was quiet

The position of the Inn is good, close to Hwy 11 and to Arrowhead Provincial Park. However, it is poorly maintained, it looks run down, beginning with the sign in front of the inn and the surrounding. The toilet system is rusty with lots of noie, the towels were old and stained, no garbage can in the washroom, the Tv was not working. Definitely a place we won't be staying if we go back to the area.

Very disappointed. We checked in , we’re assigned a room and got keys to the room. We unlocked the door to find the room was already occupied with someone’s belongings. Their Office is not in same facility. We called Staff over phone and they apologized that they had to give our allotted room to someone else. They allotted us another room, very substandard room. Full of dingy smell, queen mattress was somehow mounted on a twin bed, mould in the washrooms, improper working thermostat, internal door lock hinge broken, signs of water leakage. We were charged $170.0 ( non peak summer vacation ) . We couldn’t have proper sleep and it took joy out of our trip. We rushed out as early as we could early in the morning. Wouldn’t revisit or recommend it ever..

We are overall disappointed with this inn. They have issues with water pressure and consistency. We had trouble with flushing the toilet, and there was water on the floor by the toilet. The barbecue didn’t function properly. Also, they gave us the bare minimum in supplies (toilet paper, towels, coffee). Some good things about this inn are that the mattress was good, the curtains blocked out the light at night, and the TV, microwave and coffee-maker worked.

When we arrived the office at Arrowhead Inn it was closed and had a sign on the door to cross the highway to the Tulip Hotel. That office had an "open" sign on the door but it was locked and no one was in attendance. After pressing the phone button to the side of the door, and quite a few rings the attendants showed up. We got our key and went back to the Arrowhead Inn. While it looked very neat and tidy at first glance, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the rug was stained and the TV was not working. When we left the next morning, the office was closed and we just left our key in the box outside the door. Could not get our receipt. Two stars at best.

Do not stay here!!!!

This place is just awful and should not be a part of Hotels.com The place is not clean and has mold in the shower stall and corners of the washroom. With this, blankets have holes in them and the beds are not very comfortable. Overall this place is a dump!!!! If you would like pictures I can send them upon request.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.I had booked this property thru Expedia , I think someone at Expedia may want to review the properties they advertise , based on the photos , I booked a room, its a run down motel .not an inn, first impressions was of over grown weeds in the garden, I went to the office and its locked, you have to go across the road to another motel to check in, I took this opportunity to check the motel , 2 rooms had doors open and they smelt bad, also a great opportunity for rodents to enter your rooms. The pictures on the website must of have been taken 15-20 years ago, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE, Expedia should not be associated with a place like this. I did not stay here

This property is very dated and has a bad smell. Everything is done to the cheapest possible extent. No thought is put into making it an enjoyable experience. Weird stain in bathtub, wobbly fixtures, blanket with burn holes, silverfish bugs, could barely see through the window it was so dirty.

Our stay was ok but we didn’t like that the office was closed and you had to cross the street to get service. Clean towels were promised but never provided until I brought the soiled ones to them. Our tv didn’t work. The manager did come and fix it but he never told us how to shut it off. We had to have him in again. We were asked to use a lamp with the knob missing and plug and unplug it as needed. I don’t think that is up to code. The grout in the shower needs disparate cleaning. Property needs updating to be able to charge these prices.

The photos this place has on the expedia are NOTHING like the actual rooms. Very disappointing. Seemed clean though, so that was the only good thing…however the sheets are dingy looking and need an upgrade for the amount of money charged to stay here.
