「This property was in an ideal position for the beach and the host Nigel was great, breakfast was very adequate and offered a good choice of cereals yogurts and bread . Eggs were available to have either scrambled or boiled. Tea coffee and orange juice was readily available. However first impressions of the site and room were a bit disappointing !The room lacked a good standard of cleanliness and our sheets were a bit on the grubby side. 「Fantastic location with lovely views across marshes. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room different to normal but in a positive way! Stayed in Miller room which was part of the actual windmill. Room spacious and comfortable. No problem with parking. Breakfast good. Overall definitely recommend.」

「This is not a typical b&b. Limited breakfast options , but excellent bread for toasting. Very good coffee machine available all day / night. Room 8;was quite small and lacked any seating However the bedding was white cotton at its best. Managed to park further down the road which was very handy, but two car parks just across the road. Overall there were many plus points but my overriding feeling is that the b&b price is a little too high」

「Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

「Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. 」
