「This was a really great spot! Right on the corner where the beach meets the edge of town. An easy walk around the bay to a bunch of great brunch places with a couple of good spots for dinner right next door. Ivelisse and Michael were very nice and very communicative. The place itself felt very comfortable and we LOVED the rooftop hang out. We spent a lot of time up there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in PR.」

「To start you have to park a distance away and transport all your things across a makeshift bridge that is leaning to one side. You have to beal with roosters all over the place. The kitchen is in main level with minimal amenities and no ac.The upstairs was ok but the ac can only ho down to 70 and if you need anything from the kitchen you have to go outside and down stairs to get to it. We spent two days sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and view. There were a few issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The washer machine was still leaking and is very old.
