Beautiful home close to the water

The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area.

Stunning Beach Home!

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach house! The home was beautifully decorated, with amazing artwork throughout that really gave it a unique, welcoming feel. Great family time.

Your home was very lovely and clean, close to the beach, great pool and patio area, beautiful artwork, short walking distance to the trails at the nearby nature preserve, nice views from the second floor terrace and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time!

Palatial comfort & convenience

A castle on the sea with room for a small army. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities and conveniences including a huge kitchen and a beast of a gas grill. The private backyard is amazing, especially the pool. Would definitely stay again. Arturo is a gracious and helpful host.

Paradise

The house was spacious with beautiful furnishings. This group of seven ladies had plenty of space to spread out and the pool & pool area were fantastic! We were close to beaches, San Juan, the rain forest & shopping! We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to get away from the tourist traffic!

Amazing Location

Property was great. Local beach just steps away with boogie boards provided. Only megative was the outdoor tile at entrance and pool area was extremely slick when wet. Other than that, great host, love the neighborhood, and very easy process.

Awesome Rental

The pictures online do no justice! This house is phenomenal in person. Arturo gave such great recommendations on everything from restaurants to beaches and also he told us where not to go. I have rented plenty of times but haven’t had such great communication with property owners as we did with Arturo. We will definitely be back again. Viva Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 you will not be disappointed in selecting this home for your vacation.

Family vacation

The home was incredible and our family enjoyed the pool and all the accommodations were beyond our expectations. The home was very clean and all four bedrooms accommodated all 11 of us comfortably and very roomy. Our host recommended many sights to see and several restaurants which were outstanding. The home is in a gated area which made it very safe and the ocean was just 300 feet away. We highly recommend this VRBO home. The upper balcony with the view of the ocean and surrounding area was breath taking. The kids enjoyed the pool every day which was their favorite. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Rico.

Bachelorette Success!

There was a total of 9 women (ages 25-32) in our group. We were there to celebrate the future bride. The house was perfect for us!! Everyone comfortably shared a bed and two of us even had our own bed. There were more than enough towels, blankets, and pillows. Three full Bathrooms and a half bad. The community was gated so we felt safe. The beach was less than a minute walk away, and it was nice and secluded! We loved it, Arturo was responsive from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Home Away From Home

This amazing home was beyond our belief. The pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect for our family of 8 and as soon as you walked it you just felt like you were home. We spend most of our nice listening to music on the back porch or watching the sunset from the roof. We explored and went to the nature reserve which is right next door. The beach was enjoyable, but we went a few miles down outside of Santiago where we were able to sit in the water with less waves and more relaxation. Walmart was conveniently close and so was the restaurants where we enjoyed fresh seafood. The catamaran trip about 30min away was the best day we had with beautiful turquoise waters and lots of snorkeling. I highly recommend this place and Arturo was very helpful when we had questions. We will be back!

Beautiful Caribbean Home

The pictures don’t do this home justice! The home was very clean and spacious for our group of 6. We spent most of our time on the back patio by the pool and the upper deck. The beds were very comfy, kitchen fully stocked (except no dishwasher or recycling), and close to beach. The beach is excellent for walking and sunning but not recommended for swimming. The owner was very responsive to any of our needs. The owner provided great restaurant and touring suggestions. For authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, try Olas and Paseo Playero very close to the home. We also went to Luguillo about 30 minute drive to the Playa Azul beach. Good for swimming, sunning and walking. All in all great great home! Remember to use bug spray! The ‘no see um’ bugs were everywhere.

Favorite place I've stayed!

Loved everything about this place! We were a party of 6 and the home had more than enough space for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio area was really nice to sit and play games and cook on the grill while watching the kids swim. We even had a couple of stray kitties visit. The view of the ocean from the top balcony was amazing! Our favorite thing was the beach! It was a really short walk to the beach and everyone had so much fun boogie boarding in the water and just soaking up the sunshine! We were close to several attractions. We took a ferry to Vieques where we spent time at Caracas beach. My son and husband did a fishing trip with 787 Fishing charter and had a wonderful experience. We checked out the shops and kiosks at Luquilla Beach. And we did a haywagon tour and horseback riding tour through Carabali Wish we had more time to spend there but alas we had to return back home to WI where the temps are not so nice. Thanks for the memories and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great spot

We loved it. Owner was having roof work done so the living room had a leak but we found a bucket and it didnt bother us. Really interesting artwork, and interesting cut out and steps as you walk in. The cutout is probably supposed to be a picture frame for artwork and the staircase, but it does pose a trip hazard and wouldnt be suitable for wheelchair access (although the side gate might work), had a view of beach from upstairs. 4 bedroom 2 with ensuite, the other 2 really shared a hall bath but there is a 4th toilet off kitchen which is great. Mostly gated community with beachfront access and short walk to beautiful national park as well as 3 restaurants (one of which gave my hubby food poisoning poor guy). 35 min to great beaches to the north and the ferry to the islands, a little over 2 hours around the southern coast to an amazing bioluminescence bay you could swim in as well as the second largest city, which has some cool spots. Drive from airport ranges from 1 hour to 2.5 hours depending on traffic. Well worth being out of San Jose a bit. Well equipped kitchen with lots of options, beds were fine. All in all we loved it and would definitely go back. Everyone enjoyed our time and didn't want to leave the house! The outdoor area as well as the little kitten who kept visiting really made it perfect.

Beautiful Beach Home

We had a wonderful stay at Caribbean Oasis! The home is just as pictured, very spacious, easily accommodating our family of 9 adults very comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped (the second refrigerator in the garage was very useful), there are several comfortable seating areas, the large bedrooms have super comfortable beds, the A/C kept the entire house nice and cool, we loved the pool, and the patio area with an awesome grill was great. The second floor balcony with huge dining table was perfect for family dinners and the beautiful view of the beach was the perfect setting. Arturo is a great host, he was always quickly responsive to my emails/texts when we had questions prior to our stay, and he provided detailed information about the easy check-in process and gave numerous suggestions of local places to eat and things to do in the area. The beach is literally just a few steps from the front door, we felt like we had our own private beach each day; the nature reserve is at the end of the beach so the whole setting is absolutely beautiful, especially with the morning sunrises. Others have commented about the seaweed but it had no impact on our enjoyment of the beach and the waves. Arturo provides several beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc. so everything you need is provided in this home. We easily ventured to Old San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, Fajardo (Icacos), and Ceiba (ferry to Vieques). Highly recommend this home!! Thank you, Arturo!

Great vacation home!

After having to reschedule twice due to the pandemic, we were finally able to stay at this wonderful vacation home. The strict cancelation policy was a bit frustrating during these trying times. However, Arturo, the owner, was understanding/flexible and allowed us to reschedule. He was excellent with communication/information. The house was lovely and spacious. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room/privacy. I would note that the three bedrooms downstairs are all very close together. You have to walk through one to get to the other two. We had children staying in that room so it wasn’t a major issue. Also, our bed was too firm for our liking, but I’m sure it would be ok for some. We weren’t able to use the beach across the street as it was loaded with dried seaweed with no sandy area. It was a beautiful area for pictures/picnicking though and there are other beaches fairly close by. The villa was close to stores, restaurants, and sightseeing. The house itself and the pool/grilling area were great. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it. Thank you Arturo for sharing your home.

Great house in an AWESOME location!!!

We had 2 families (12 people) spend a week at this house. It was very spacious with several sitting areas. The master suite on the second floor was amazing and somewhat secluded from the rest of the sleeping quarters. There are 3 bedrooms clumped in one area on the 1st floor. One of these is a master suite. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is a walk through bedroom (pass through to get to the other 2 bedrooms). There are several air mattresses available to set up as needed. One TV on the first floor and one on the second floor in one of the sitting areas. The garage is stocked with bag chairs, beach and pool toys. There is a 2nd fridge in the garage, which was very helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked, however there is no oven. The toaster oven didn't quite make up for the lack of oven. The beach is a very short walk away. Take the rake along the 1st day to clear an area from the dried up seaweed on the beach. Our cleared area lasted all week. The Monster zip line is a little less than 2 hours away and worth getting the day pass. Walmart and several chain restaurants are about 5-8 min away. The house is about 1 hour from the San Juan airport. We had a great week. The house fit our needs perfectly. Washer and dryer is nice if you need to do a load of wash clothes, etc. Swimming pool is small, but great for cooling off or kids splashing around. Would definitely recommend this house and this community. Had the great privilege of meeting the owner and he cares deeply for the community and the experience of his clients. We had an issue with one of the A/C's and he jumped right on it.

Family Girls Trip 2025

A beautiful property! Check-in was simple & easy. Our home-away-from-home was grand but comfortable, with more than enough room for our whole group. My favorite spaces were the upstairs couch, overlooking the upper deck & the upper deck itself, especially in the early morning - pic below. The kitchen was well-equipped (& the absence of a dishwasher meant that our kids were on dish-duty after meals - great)! Sadly during our stay, there was a tremendous amount of red algae wash up at the beach, typical for the time of year, according to one of our budding scientists. However, we enjoyed a nearly-private public beach east of Punta Santiago, just a 5 minute drive away. And the pool - gorgeous! Lots of time spent floating & enjoying the sunshine.

We had a great stay at this property for our family vacation. We shared the home with 3 families, a total of 13 people. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and it was a great set up for our group.The home is exactly as pictured and we felt like it was a safe neighborhood. There are restaurants and stores about 10 minutes away. We did have to drive to our daily excursions, but we were glad to be away from the busy city of San Juan. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the park beach just down from the home during our visit due to the record sea weed on the east side of the island. The properties' location next to the beach was a huge reason for booking the property, so this was a big disappointment. The park and view were still pretty, just could not access the sandy beach. This is not a reflection of the host or the home itself, but rather an issue with mother nature. The home was very clean and Arturo was a great host and very responsive.

Fabulous 70th BD trip for Husband

Can't say enough positive about this wonderful home. Everything is exactly as shown. Traveled with my husband, 2 of our adult children and their spouses. Comfortable living room and beds. Well equipped kitchen where we prepared almostall our meals with a large dining area. We used the pool area every day which is its own tropical paradise. There is a gas grill there that works well with a table and chairs in the shade. Walking out the front door to the left you are in a beautiful ocean front park. The beach was great! And we had it all to ourselves almost the entire stay. Our kids found live sand dollars and star fish which was so cool! There are lots of hiking trails close to the house and a WWII bunker which was very interesting.We were within less than an hours driving distance of our other adventures. We spent a day exploring Old San Juan, took a ferry to Calebra Island and Flamenco beach, took a day private boat tour to other islands to snorkle with sea turtles and visit a sand bar where they filmed scene for Pirates of the Carribean. We also spent a day at El Yungue Rain Forest to see some beautiful water falls.Great communication from Arturo made this trip a 10 out of 10. Absolute perfection! all our meals with a large dining area
