「Dear all travelers Upon my return I had to submit complaint to Expedia as following Upon arrival I was told not to wear swimming costumes inside building which actually is on second floor despite government allows it I was not supplied with basic stuff as water, toilet paper cleaning the room. I had to clean my room daily as dust from building sites right next to hotel was unbearable and black which I briefed daily causing me nearly chest infection I paid for full board limited food options...

「Firstly, we had a great welcome at the port, our luggage was loaded onto a buggy and we were brought to The Bilimbi. It was well presented, extremely clean and clear request to leave shoes outside which was safe. The room was spacious with a kettle and hairdryer, cups etc. Very spacious and comfortable bed, clean sheets etc. The staff were very welcoming, even though there was a language barrier with some staff, it didnt matter.
