"The room was immaculate! Perfect in every way. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, including the main lobby and restrooms. You can tell they have great policies and staff. I especially like the clean towels to dry hands on with a small laundry hamper for their collection after use. I hardly ever saw any soiled towels in the basket as they are always servicing the restrooms and their guests! The room was well equipped with dual luggage racks, ironing board, quality clothing hangars, mini fridge (stocked with coffee cream!), microwave, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels in the ultra modern bathroom. Plenty of supplies like soap and shampoo. Every fixture has a luxurious feel. Super high quality and the location is truly the most convenient if you are participating in campus events or visiting a student. A+"

"Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. "
