「The ranger house is spacious with big kitchen, deck & living room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The deck is badly in need of refurbishing. There are sleeping cabins in the park so extra family members can join you. The path to the lake is hilly and the approach to the pier needs work. 「We stayed here for a wedding nearby so honestly did not have a ton of time at the property. House has plenty of room for a larger group. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Directions for check in/check out were clear and owner was extremely communicative. Basement was kind of musty so we kept the sliding doors open when home. Hustisford is a smaller town than I anticipated so I’m happy we stocked up some groceries before arrival.」

「We absolutely loved the house; the fireplaces, the little nooks & crannies, the woodwork, the pocket doors. It was fun enough just walking around and experiencing such a great space. 「This property truly had it all! During our stay we played both indoor and outdoor games, used the fire-pit with the wood provided, and even grilled outside! It was the perfect Vrbo to celebrate a family members graduation. Also, the host was very accommodating during our staycation, allowing us to set-up the graduation decorations prior to the check-in time. We will certainly try to rent this property again in the future! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Milwaukee area!」

「The place was clean but old. Not enough dishes, toilet paper, no paper towels. There was wash cloths and towels but they were put up very high we didn’t find them until it was time to leave but over all it was a great place to lay our heads and we thank the owner My recommendation is to paint and update unit to look bright and sleek and to get a toilet for tall people. My mom had a hard time sitting on the low toilet so did I. Overall it served it’s purpose」
