The Space:

This booking reserves the entire building: all four private 2BR apartments, part of the Blodgett Urban Lofts. Instead of splitting a large group across shared bedrooms, each party gets a full apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and door.

✔ Units 3 and 4 are on the second floor, reached by stairs; no elevator. Unit 2's entrance has a short flight of steps

✔ Historic multi-unit building: some sound between units is normal, and footsteps from the second floor carry to the first

✔ Units 1 and 2 share an A/C system and Units 3 and 4 share another. Message us for temperature adjustments

✔ Shared water heater: hot water can take 5–10 minutes to reach full temperature and runs warm rather than very hot, so staggering showers helps with a full group

✔ Parking spaces are tight, best for compact or mid-size vehicles

✔ The driveway, parking area, and dumpster are shared with the neighboring building at 2820 Blodgett St

✔ Starter supplies cover your first 24–48 hours; longer stays should plan to restock

✔ Parties, receptions, and events are not permitted

✔ No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors

✔ Seasonal outdoor pool, May–September, roughly 1–7 PM

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to get around. METRORail's Purple Line runs nearby toward Downtown, where you can transfer to the Red Line for the Museum District and NRG Park, which is useful on event days.
