I forgot my carryon at the hotel, I called them within few minutes and was told “ I do apologize I attempted to call but could not leave a message. We were unable to locate any bag after our housekeeping manager checked the room after your initial call. We even double checked all outgoing trash to make sure it did not get misplaced but unfortunately, we do not have the bag on property. Also, we do not have cameras that would show the floors so would be unable to see the room. We will keep a look out for it and if we find any bags we will reach out to you right away.” I sent my relative to the location the next day and the carryon was in their office :). - install cameras - do due diligence As far as stay is concerned, the stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous. I really liked the cleanliness of bathrooms.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The area is quiet and very convenient with parking. Staff showed excellent customer service. This is my second time staying at this property and the experience has been the same each time.

Stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s dance competition. The hotel was very clean and friendly. The manager was so sweet and very helpful. She offered us the whole dining area if we needed some place to hang out and eat after awards that night.

The room they checked me in to was already occupied. That's a scary situation. The tv didn't work and the shower backed up.

The hotel is a gem hidden behind a porsche dealership. It's not in a great area. The staff make up for it. We were treated with such kindness. They saw we were tired and our door keys didn't work. They came and fixed it and brought us a snack for the trouble. Invited us to come have a tea or a hot chocolate. The breakfast was very nice. Building was clean. There is one problem. If trains bother you this isn't the right hotel. There are no horns but there is a railway yard across the street. You will feel the locomotives moving. Quiet but shaky. Didn't bother us a we live in a small town held hostage by loud trains. The rooms were nice beds comfy. I enjoyed this stay. Again the staff really stand out.

When we arrived at our room the sofa had crumbs on and appeared stained and unclean. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and I had to retrieve some soap from the front desk because there was no staff available except the front desk clerk. On the way out of the hotel my sister almost tripped over a long metal piece near the front door that was supposed to be affixed around the carpet in the enrty way. The front desk clerk was notified of the broken metal piece.

The property is in a convenient location with good access to number of restuarants and shopping etc. The service at the property is not good at all, we stayed in the room for two nights and room was not cleaned after first night of stay, we called multiple times and we were put on hold for more than hour before someone at front desk answered. Even then the room WAS NOT CLEANED. we had to go and get the extra towels as if there is no one is available to deliver them. The bathroom doors, draws are not working propertly ie we can neither lock them not keep them inplace. Overall the service is terrible !

Blood stains on carpet….big.could have been replaced as they are carpet tiles.asked to be moved. Second room better but still stained carpet. When I asked front desk they said they had had several complaints about the blood stained carpet. when I asked why it hadn’t been fixed then, the girl said, well housekeeping can’t get the stains out. So I said then why doesn’t maintenance replace the carpet tiles. She said she didn’t know. But they were doing some renovations next year. I thought it was very sad that they wouldn’t let carpet issues like that. Go on for six months to a year because in the future they’re going to do something. when the manager was asked about this, he was very unprofessional and even rude to us. Absolutely unacceptable will be treated like that by a manager. The manager alone cause this review. Not even the stain on the carpet and I’ve been treated right I wouldn’t have necessarily had this type of a score.

Manager D. W. is unprofessional, poor speech, and has an attitude. Not customer service oriented. Small issue he turned into a major issue- after he called to us to talk about even though desk person took care of problem. We were happy until he called and spoke down to us.We are educated professionals and he showed that he obviously is not.He should not be in a management position representing Marriot. Hourly staff was fine and friendly. Promote them instead.

The room initially what we got was having some issues like Flush doesnt work when i called the front desk and told them she's offering me plunger and says no technician available now, then i was surprised and said i would like to change the room. The other room was comparatively small and lights didnt work and the sofa bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Will not visit and would not recommend using this hotel in future

Won't be first choice
The staff was nice and the rooms were spacious, but not as clean as I had hoped. The room needed to be dusted and the couch looked unclean and worn. I was there 3 days and no one ever attended to my room even though I had asked. The breakfast was not good...at all.
