Little getaway

Great place to relax. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was average. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of eating establishments nearby and within walking distance of Katy Mills mall.

Complete Mistake

Worst place I have ever stayed. Besides the TV, nothing worked in the room, including the plumbing. Unable to take showers our entire stay. Was lied to about getting a refund by both the Hotel and Hotel.com. Will never use either service or hotel again.

Front desk clerk was watching a video on her ohone and didn't properly acknowledge ir greet me. I waited for 2-3 mins at cou ter with no one around. Then i was assigned to a room where another guest had been checked in. She apologized and made it right.
