The Savanah house is one story 4BR/2BTH (2,255 sq. ft) with fenced backyard. It is in a fantastic location centrally-located to Woodlands, just 1 minute away from I-45 and Research Forest Dr. in a neighborhood with 3 parks and a great private community pool!

The well established neighborhood is safe & quiet, only one mile (3 minute drive) from Portofino shopping center, Woodforest Stadium, Memorial Hermann, St.Luke’s & Texas Children’s Hospitals.

In 5 minutes you’ll be at The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Waterway Square, The Pavilion, Hughes Landing & Restaurant Row + wedding venues & sports complexes!

We welcome large groups of friends, families, & coworkers. Two living areas offer lots of comfy seating and a 58” TV.

There is a formal dining table that seats 6 along with seating for 5 at the kitchenette table.

You’ll LOVE the master bathroom with oversized jacuzzi tub big enough for 2!

The fully fenced backyard is welcoming for children and pets. You’ll love the covered patio with table and chairs. Grill outside in the evening or sit outside with your coffee in the morning and enjoy!

The community pool is accessible starting weekends in May then Tuesday through Sunday starting June 1st. (Ask me about free pool passes!)

Nearby you’ll find lots of entertainment venues, concerts, dining, shopping, and trails for walking, running or biking.

Bonnie was probably one of the greatest hosts I’ve had! She was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. Check in was as easy as check out. And the stay was perfect! Family Weekend

Great location, lots of beds, and lots of space!

We had a great time at this home. We loved that there were so many beds, and a great backyard for our pup. The house was very clean, and there were PLENTY of towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The common areas are very spacious as well. The only thing I'd note for future guests is that the "hot tub" is actually a large jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.

My entire family stayed here for a family wedding nearby and the home was perfect! Spacious, clean, ample amenities, lovely neighborhood. Backyard was a huge plus for the kiddos. Everyone was comfortable and felt right at home. Would stay again!

Group stay

We had a large group stay with 3 small children for Texas Renaissance Festival. We felt like there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and no one felt crowded. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Family reunion location

This was a perfect home to host our family reunion. Conveniently located with plenty of seating and areas for everyone to converse. The bed in the primary suite was very comfortable and the house was very quiet, surprising with the city location. Would definitely recommend if you have a larger group and need to be in this area.

Great Gathering Place

Property is conveniently located and easy to find. Beds where comfortable and furnishings (including kitchen & linens) where more than adequate. Fenced in yard was great for the pets. Just watch the little ones, as they can squeeze through the wrought iron fence in spots. My only suggestion to owners is to update/repair some of the plumbing fixtures. Would definitely stay here again.
