Disliked: Staff & service
Everything was OK until I had an issue with a guest that did not want to leave. I spoke with staff to have her removed and asked to leave. I no longer wanted her. I withdrew consent to her being there. And they did absolutely nothing to help just that I would have to go settle with her directly even though she was being hostile which is the reason why I ended up packing and leaving. Then proceeded to tell me that if I called law-enforcement that I would no longer be allowed on the property. Ultimately, she ended up staying there while I left in a hotel under my name and they had no resolve on my end. They were completely uncaring and unhelpful in the situation..
