Booking Requirements



• Guest Limit: Strictly 6 guests maximum.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM. • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required. This will be returned after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur. Guests may instead opt for a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).

• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.



Strict Rules (No Exceptions)



• NO Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.

• NO Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home.

• NO Outside Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.

You're in a prime central location! Driveway parking is available in front of the garage (fits one car depending on size). Houston’s top attractions, Galleria Mall, Memorial Park, and local dining are just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
