The fire alarm ran out of battery. One of the shower drainage is clogged it drained so slow. The other bathroom is outdated which is lack of light and water run too weak. The dryer door is not closed properly, it needs to be fixed. Other than that everything else seems to be ok

Home Base for Hospital Visits

The location is fantastic! 10mins to MD Anderson, close to restaurants and stores, but the neighborhood feels quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for a family to sit and relax.The house has everything we needed for cooking meals - pots, pans, bean masher! Plus games and books.Claire’s communication was fantastic. She sent welcome information and left lists of recommendations. She was very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is an older Houston house, so it has some quirks (like the water temp never being cold), but it mostly has a ton of charm and comfort.

Great stay!

Great location to MDAnderson. We were here for an extended time and I was glad we had a home to stay in. The area was great for taking a walk in the morning, and less than 10 minutes to the hospital. The host was great also, answering any question I had. The people in Houston have been really kind and helpful! Thanks!

Had a good stay

Quiet and safe neighborhood with close proximity to the medical center. Clean beds, towels, dishes, WiFi made it an easy stay for our purpose (family member having surgery at Baylor). The house needs some attention as it’s a bit of an older home, but the quiet and safety of the neighborhood, plus the attentiveness of the host, made it an overall excellent stay.

Perfect place for our family

This home was perfect for my wife and I, our son and two grandkids. We also had another son and his wife visit while we were there. We had ample room for each of us. The fenced backyard was perfect for letting the kids blow off some steam and the patio was a great place for morning quiet time. The updated kitchen was very nice, comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. Claire communicated very well with us about the check in process and anything else we might need. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider this house again next time we're in Houston.

Son’s surgery

This was the perfect place for our family during our son’s surgery. The location was perfect & it was so nice to be able to go “home” at night. The communication with Claire was amazing & always so prompt. Thank you for allowing this to be our home away from home!

A little slice of home

This property was exactly as advertised - a 3 bedroom home with adequate living space - dining room & kitchen table for eating & a spacious, well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the fenced in yard gave the kids staying with us room to play. We enjoyed morning coffee on the sunny patio - and took advantage of the grill for cooking! Clair was a wonderful host - very detailed in directions, how to check-in, and lots of great recommendations for places to eat & things to do. We asked for - and were granted - an early check-in time of 2:30 pm. Communication with Claire was quick & easy - we always got a prompt reply!

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

Easy access to many attractions—Rothko chapel, Holocaust museum, Cistern, Buffalo Bayou and other walking paths. Target about 15 minute walk. Only 20-25 minutes to Hobby airport. Great kitchen and back patio.

Restful, spacious and great location

This is our third time to stay in a property owned by this owner. She takes great care of her properties and is very conscientious about making sure guests are completely happy and satisfied. She lives in the area so we can easily check on things. Her listings are beautifully decorated and extremely cozy and comfortable.

Great stay

Older home that has been well maintained. Close to MD Anderson and other medical centers. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Hostess was great. Would stay again!

Houston stay

We stayed 3 weeks here and were very comfortable. The cute home is close to the Medical center and Rice village ( nice shops, restaurants) and Claire was very easy to communicate with.

Great Stay

This property was exactly what we needed for our family’s stay in Houston. Convenient to Rice University where our Grandson is attending and playing football. House was well equipped in the kitchen. It is located in quite neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

A Great Place to Stay

Claire’s home is near MD Anderson and other medical facilities so this is a great option if you’re in town for medical reasons. We decided to stock up on groceries and made good use of the well appointed kitchen and grill. Communication with Claire was quick. Nice to have a garage to park in and access to the washer and dryer. Would stay again!
