コネクティングルームは避けるべし。
コネクティングルームで夜通し大騒ぎする隣の声が筒抜けで全く寝られなかった。翌朝ホテルに相談するも午後に来てくれれば部屋の変更をしてくれるとのことだったが、実際行ってみると満室で変えられないと。その後連泊だったが、非常に不快な宿泊でした。

アストロズ観戦に6泊しました。ミニッツメイドまで直線で5分。ナイター観戦も心配なしです。スタ ッフも素晴らしく、部屋もとても静かです。 朝食も美味しい。バスでギャレリアにも簡単に行けます。 ハイアットはやっばり良いですね。アストロズを見るならここしかないです。

My stay was May 20-22nd 2024 10/10 Room was clean Food (breakfast) was tasty Staff was very friendly. Tracey working the coffee bar so nice and was great The front desk girl with the braids works mornings ..I didn’t get her name but she was amazing. And there is another guy that floats around. In a black shirt and a walkie . . He was also very good . Thank all three of you for making my stay pleasant and memorable .all three of you deserve a raise !

Parking was horrible. I don’t like that just about anyone can walk right into the hotel as a matter of fact one of the nights someone was arrested in the entrance as we were returning to our room.

The hotel was clean and we loved the room, A/C was nice and cold! However, the staff was horrible. We didn’t have problems checking in but witnessed the staff being extremely rude to other guests. When we were getting some snacks, one employee pick up a ticket and loudly said OH GREAT NO TIP. Even though we like the hotel, it definitely turned us off to staying here again.

We had a very nice room. Breakfast was great. Staff was cordial. Biggest concern was that they insisted on a $75 per day hold on a credit card for incidentals. While there was no mini-bar or other things in the room. That seemed terribly high.

Escogimos este hotel por su cercanía al centro de convenciones, resultó estar cerca de todo en el centro de Houston. El desayuno es bueno para empezar el día: frutas, huevo' salchichas, cereal, jugos ...etc , las habitaciones limpias y cama confortable. El único detalle es el aire acondicionado, hace mucho ruido.

Our stay was excellent. Walking distance to Minute Maid Park and restaurants. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and how to get around. Breakfast was good.

The MOD gave us a GREAT dinner option. We loved it. Staff is super friendly and inviting. Rooms are perfect size and very clean.

Love the location for an Astros game. We grabbed a list of walkable places to eat when we checked it. That was awesome. Breakfast was great. Good variety of things to pick from.
