Pool Rule
- Guest assume and acknowledge the presence of a pool onsite and assume ALL responsibility for use including the responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age 18

- Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 6ft and shallow end is 3ft. No children swimming without adult supervision. No glass allowed in the pool area to protect anyone from getting hurt by broken glass.

- We have professional pool cleanings services every other Thursday. Please understand that leaves and other debris may fall into the pool, we have a pool skimmer net for guest use.

-Houston is a hot and humid climate city, this causes a lot of different insects. We are aware that some may come into the space but we try to keep them away and we do regularly pest control cleanings.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home and pool except for one closet in the master bedroom and the garage

Please treat the space with Respect and we promise to respect your privacy and treat you with all courtesies.

If interested we also have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Turo ,it has 3 rows and sit 7 people comfortably, if interested when booking then We can also send the Turo link and have the jeep at the house waiting. Contact host for more information
