We are so sorry that happened. Although it is very rare it happened at this hotel, we wish we had more control over the situation.

El hotel es muy tranquilo, en general todas las instalaciones están muy bien. Un detalle que me llamó la atención es que el personal de front desk no es muy amable, no sonríen. En cuanto a limpieza tuve que solicitar un desinfectante y un trapo para ponerme a quitar la suciedad de las superficies. El servicio de housekeeping lo hacen rápido y sin cuidado, no barren el baño ni limpian el espejo. Un día había una cucaracha en la puerta de otra habitación, la reportamos y solo dijeron que seguro era por la fumigación. Algo que estuvo fatal son los canales de TV que ofrecen, nunca pudimos ver nada en la noche, está muy limitado. El desayuno estuvo bien. La zona es ideal para caminar hacia el outlet, me hubiera gustado que contaran con alguna transportación.

Thank you so much for the positive and negative feedback. We do take these items very seriously and will address the pest control and the HK department. We do have a 48 all HD channel line up with 4 Spanish Speaking channels within that. We are very sorry you could not find anything to watch. We will look into adding more channels.

It‘s a nice and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. Gym has nice equipment and was always clean. Breakfast room was good, with enough space and tables were cleaned frequently. It was a pleasant stay. Definitely to recommend.

This place was awesome! Extraordinarily clean and bright. Room was very comfortable. I had a 2-queen bed suite with sofa sleeper. I believe the manager on duty was Kyle. 2/15/2024.. He was very helpful and accommodating. Hopefully I’m getting his name right because he deserves credit for his professionalism and for the hospitality extended to us.
