Stayed 3 nights and here’s the issues: The hallways were very hot and smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Had to ask for housekeeping services because they skipped us on Sunday morning. We did not have do not disturb sign out and were gone for all of the morning hours. When we asked for afternoon services the desk “couldn’t guarantee it”. I asked at 1 PM for it to happen at 3:30 PM as we needed to get ready for an event but because housekeeping left at 5 they said they might not be able to get to it. They came in and made the bed which is about it. Breakfast was subpar and the stations and tables were dirty. The attendant was present but not concerned. Doors were broken upon return after 11pm. Had to pry them open at the front desks instructions. The room was the only bright spot of the stay. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and neat upon arrival, and room a/c was great. If management could clean the service and cleanliness of the common areas, this would be a great place to stay. Location is good and safe. Just an average hotel.

I must admit, other reviews had me nervous before I arrived. However, once there, everything was great. The front desk folks were cordial, the room was very clean and neat. My wife will "white glove" check every hotel we stay in, and this room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Several restaurants you can walk to and many other shopping & dining minutes away

Front Desk Staff did their job well, the problem was the facility. When we arrived, we were given a room on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was broken. Once in the room, getting ready to sleep, we pulled the sofa bed, and the mattress was stained and smelled bad. I requested to have the mattress replaced, and the one they brought “looked” clean, but then my son complained about a worse smell. I checked and the mattress smelled like concentrated urine. At that point I decided to just have him sleep with my wife and I slept on the floor. The night attendant looked bothered when we asked to have the mattress replaced so I was not going to go through it again. Just leaving this review for everyone to be aware.

We ended up not staying here!! The entire property had a bad odor, seemed dark/dingy and just simply did not look or smell clean. Upon walking in, I just had a bad feeling. When we arrived to our room, someone else’s belongings were in the floor and on the sofa. The toilet had obviously been used (I will not go into detail here) and simply did not appear clean. Particles from the ceiling had fallen onto the bed, floor looked dirty, etc. immediately notified front desk who came and cleared the belongings but I simply would not have been comfortable at this property. Thankfully was able to walk in to another motel a block away and returned to yell desk we would not be staying there. Can not recommend this motel at all.

I checked in at 2:10pm on 03-02-24 and the front desk lady was not very nice or personable. She basically rushed me through my check in. The hallways smell like moldy fish. One of my keys didn’t work. But the rooms are nice. My room temp was also set to 78 with the heat on!! Crazy

The rooms had a stink and staff in the evening of our check-in they gave us a wrong key. Staff was not customer friendly, the lights in the rooms were not working.

Lots of restaurant choices and easy to get to. Lots of freeway traffic noise as well as parking lot noise. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Very limited. Will stay at Hyatt as its further removed from car traffic.

Front desk was rude and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Was not informative during check in. Tried getting me to sign with the room rates not put in I had to ask her and write down the room rate- never just sign a blank paper without the correct pricing for the room rates. We were a family of 6 and made them aware of it but when asked for extra 2 towels she refused. Housekeeping never cleaned our rooms I took trash out. Will not stay there again or recommend.

They left us without breakfast on day 2 of our stay they said it was from 7-10 am and even wrote it on the envelope with the key. We went down at 9 and they said it was only 7-9 and it was already closed. On day 1 the breakfast was not good a lot of missing things and ran out of them by the time we were trying to get like juice or bread. I didnt need anything else but that and it was not good at all. I was expecting property to stand by their word especially when it was written in the envelope card. I had to buy breakfast outside which took me out of budget

Hard as a rock. Wide awake!
I arrived later in the evening and the front desk lights were off which was weird. I asked if they had a complimentary bottle of water and was told they only had water to buy. They put a $75 incidental hold charge on my cc because I booked 3rd party and it would be 3 - 5 businessdays before it is removed. The worker was not very friendly. Got up to my room, tuned on the tv and it didn’t work. The bed was hard as a rock. I heard noises that sounded like weights being dropped on the floor and sirens throughout the night

Everything was so nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good on the two days we stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only thing I didn't like was the pillows on the bed could have been better.
