Boasting over 6,400 square feet of living space and direct access to Lake Balboa, our residence offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and entertainment.

Enjoy direct access to Lake Balboa and make use of our private boat dock. Our expansive deck also provides breathtaking views of the lake and is an excellent space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Entertainment is at its best with a dedicated media room for movie nights or cheering on your favorite sports team. The main house features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms, and a media room. The attached 2 bed / 2 bath guest house features an additional living room and full kitchen.

Awesome house for a family reunion
We were excited to check in and start our family reunion, but when we walked through the door we were all flabbergasted at how amazingly perfect it suited our needs and many of our wants. Host is very responsive and informative. Should we decide to do our family reunion in the same location we will definitely book this house again.

Enormous, family-friendly lakefront house
This lakefront home is huge, and has fantastic amenities for large or multiple families. There is space for everyone and every age group, including a game room, movie room, several family/living rooms, two dining rooms and kitchens, and several bedrooms. The property manager was very helpful and was quick to reply to messages, and overall, the home was generally clean. Renters in search of a contemporary, spider web-less, and odorless home may be disappointed. I wish I could give the rental a full five stars, and my rating is not based on anything the property manager could have "fixed." The property manager was very attentive and accessible; rather, it appears the home owner may have neglected some of the home needs. My rating is based solely on the age and condition of the home. For those renters with a sensitivity to mildew and mold, be aware that some parts of the home smell quite musty. This may simply be a common sign in homes in the south, but there were clear signs of moisture in one of the rooms and in the garage.
