Enjoy watching people play golf while you sip on your morning coffee on the large back deck. Centrally located near most of the golf courses and only 3 miles away from Balboa Beach makes this a perfect rental to stay in. This property features a split floor plan with the master bedroom/bath being opposite from the guest bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom offers a comfy King sized bed with its own bathroom attached. The master bathroom has a nice soaking tub and a walk in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms.
There is a gas grill located on the back deck for guest to use as well as propane.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
