Additional spaces include a downstairs laundry room with full-sized machines and a powder bathroom just beyond the living room, for convenient common area access.

Additional information: As you enter the home, you will find a tray with a gate key FOB (for entering the community), the pool pass to access the community pool and the key to the laundry room entrance (which is found at the bottom of the deck stairs). The laundry room is an air-conditioned space. Please take extra to not lose these items as there is a $100 replacement fee. There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property, if there is evidence of smoking, this will result in a $500 fine. There are NO PETS allowed, any evidence of a pet being brought onto the premises will result in a $500 fine. Parking for 2-3 vehicles is available along the driveway.
