Such a sweet atmosphere and perfect for just myself! The space was clean, fresh, and comfortable. This was in the perfect location for my conference. Just minutes from everything I needed. Linda was a wonderful host and responded to any questions I had. I will be recommending her and hope to stay again in the future.

Stayed for 3 days in this cozy rental. Flawless check in and host was easy to contact at all times. Host provided every material thing that we needed, quality towels, dishes, containers, appliances...etc. The rental was exceptionally clean. The fenced in portion of the yard is a shaded shared space with comfortable seating. When we checked out we forgot all of our personal property and left 2 nice kayak paddles under the bed where we were storing them. Easily contacted the host 3 hours after checkout and since no one had reserved the rental the following day, they allowed us to arrive the next day unsupervised to collect our paddles. The host offered to store the paddles in the warehouse if we could not arrive before re-rented. The host was accommodating and friendly. The walk to down town is easy to do; take an umbrella though!

Ok

Room smelled musty and was damp. Bed had major depression and sloped down on one side. Bugs (ants, mealy bugs, worms, gnats) were a problem. Room is in the hood. Guest manager was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect Getaway

Small but Cozy

I stayed in Hot Springs for a weekend, drove down on Friday afternoon and drove right through the shopping area and it was all lit up and decorated for Christmas. I stopped by a few cute shops, found a local Farmer’s Market and Running a 5K or something and most dress in Christmas wear. I like pillows and I had read a review about the pillows and there were any 6 pillows, I would have used more, lol, the space was perfect and all my needs were met. It was not a very comfortable mattress that’s an easy fix. I thought it was cute and just right for me and in walking distance to the local shops and Hot Springs museum. Thank you

Girls Trip

Very cute, clean and accessible.

Linda greeted us the day of our stay via text message and gave us all the information we needed. On arrival we found the small but very cozy property inviting and just what we needed for a short getaway. Close to downtown and far enough to get away from any major noise. Thank you! Will be booking again!

Perfect little find!

Cute Little Hideaway

This was a perfect base for my visit to Hot Springs. Its a small place but very well suited as a base for 1-2 people. Very well done. Would have liked to have easier access to the backyard area. Not sure if it is shared with the house adjoining the private yard.

Fantastic tiny house experience

This was a lovely experience, very close to downtown Hot Springs and filled with everything you might need, so dont overpack! Linda, the host, was attentive and gracious. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathroom was filled with all the personal care items in a wonderful selection. It was perfect for my solo trip. Highly recommended for solo travelers, or for couples that are really close. It is very tiny, which i personally enjoyed, but if my hubby was with me, we would have been tripping over eachother, especially because I pack so much. 😊 You don’t need to over pack if youre going to stay here because everything you may need is provided. 💗

Wonderful little get away

I can’t enough about what a kind and gracious host Linda is. She gave me information about the interests I communicated to make my stay just perfect! The ‘cheat’ snacks were perfect! The property is clean and tidy; cutely decorated and not overly cluttered. I LOVED all of the extra pillows! Will stay again with this host, here or other properties :-) The caring really shines through! Thanks for everything!!

Lovely Little Place

This home was a perfect place to stay for a short getaway. We did not spend much time in the home because there was so much to do but when we did it was a cozy place. It was perfect for 2 people. The owner was available and very responsive. We had no issues and will be back again!

Vacation 2023

My husband and I had an AMAZING 2 nights at this Air B&B. Looked just like the pictures posted. Owner had the AC on and had a single candle on the stove. We sent the day down town Saturday, was exhausted when we got back to the room.
