We stayed here with our kids. They loved the upstairs space and fishing from the dock. Convenient location to anything in town. We made some great memories here.

You can’t get any closer to the water than this.

The location was perfect, offering one of the best views on the point. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very well-suited for a family stay.However, there were a couple of significant safety concerns. The boardwalk surrounding the point was under construction and completely inaccessible, which posed a serious hazard. Additionally, a portion of the land next to the condo—advertised as usable—had been marked off by someone claiming to be building a new penthouse. Metal stakes were left exposed and sticking out of the ground, which is both dangerous and not up to code.Despite these issues, the condo itself was excellent, and I would recommend it for families—especially if the safety concerns are addressed.

Sisters trip 2024

It was just perfect for our trip. We don’t spend much time at the condominium because we go out exploring and Hot Springs did not disappoint! We enjoyed Garvin Gardens, shops, and the Hot Springs. Wonderful trip

Not quite as pictured

The setting was beautiful. The bed pictured in the photo online was not the bed in the room. The doors were off the closets upstairs and in the master bedroom downstairs. There were no shelves in the refrigerator door. We were sent an email on the day of arrival that the dishwasher was broken . There were no curtains upstairs ( I bought curtains to have a little privacy near the bed where I slept. There was great space in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was centrally located. Overall we had a good stay.

Celebrating Our Mom's 90th Birthday

We had a great time staying at this condo. There were 16 of us (an 8 year old and the rest were adults) and it was so nice to have a bed for everyone. We had 2 dinners together at the condo and all utensils that we needed ware in the kitchen. We enjoyed being together because that doesn't happen so much anymore. We had no complaints and recommend this property.

Wedding weekend

We booked the place for our family to stay during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The accommodations were perfect and the distance to Anthony Chapel was not far at all. The upstairs was wonderful for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Very satisfied with our stay!!!

Great place to stay

We had three couples and 4 daughters stay here for a volleyball tournament. It was perfect. The kids stayed upstairs and had a blast. I couldn’t recommend this condo any higher.

Great Place

We loved the location and had plenty of space for our group of 13. 4 adults and 9 kids fit easily. A couple suggestions would be more plastic plates, bowls, and cups for the kids to use. Also, a child lock on the balcony doors in the upstairs room would help ease parental anxiety. Those are small “nice to have” improvements. Overall, we would absolutely stay again. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Great Girlz Weekend

The property was very clean and neat and contained all the extras that we needed. The property was very roomy. We didn't have any problem with sleeping arrangements and there were 13 of us! The only issue was a slow drain in the shower and sink in the master bathroom. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. This is a second story condo, so if you have problems climbing stairs, you might want to look for something else. Sincerely, Another satisfied customer

Nice quiet cove

The house was beautiful and it was in a quiet cove. Our kids were able to swim and kayak off the docks right outside the property. We would definitely stay here again. We would recommend adding some window coverings to the upstairs room as it would get very bright and warm where the kids were staying. Also a ladder at the end of the dock to be able to more easily get out of the water would be helpful!
