It was an adorable little cottage, very clean and tidy. So cozy and warm with the gas fireplace inside and the firepit outside! The location made for easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, in any direction. Communication between the host and myself was clear, extremely informative and prompt! We will definitely rent again!

The cabin was great. It features cozy design choices, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and an extensive selection of kitchenware. The indoor fireplace was used pretty consistently; it was a fantastic feature! If we come back to Hot Springs, I’m hoping this spot will be available! Brian and Holly were excellent communicators - very accommodating to our needs.Soli Deo Gloria!

Absolutely beautiful accomodations, fantastic location, peaceful grounds. We were able to relax wonderfully both in the cottage and around town.Holly was very helpful, offered great recs.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is charming, clean, and had everything we needed. Brian and Holly were excellent at communicating and offered some great dining suggestions. The Pancake Shop was worth the wait and Sam's Pizza was super close and had something for everyone.

Hosts are friendly and welcoming. This cottage style home was comfortable and had everything we needed- plenty of beds too. Would definitely recommend the home for future visitors and would love to visit again.

Such a cute cottage and lots of sleeping choices with the extra guesthouse in the back. It gave our teenager his own space including his own bathroom.

Hosts Brian and Holly were very welcoming and accommodating! Great communication during the booking process. Great kitchen for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. All of the amenities were exactly as advertised. The cottage was so cute and was just what we needed for a 5 night get-a-way! Loved the size of the yard for the littles (and a couple of adults) to run and play football. Thanks for everything!

I really appreciated Holly & Brian’s thorough communications. We referred to their email of recommendations for local restaurants several times during our stay. They provided all necessary information up front and there wasn’t one thing we had to wonder about or go searching for. We loved their kind and hospitable check-out “suggestions” compared to so many other hosts who post obnoxious large print signage stating “you must….” etc. it truly made us feel more like guests and gave us a sense of their appreciation for our reservation. The cabin was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious for the square footage. It was very nice for keeping two kids under 5 from feeling too restricted. We were easily able to prepare snacks and meals, everything we needed was there. The whole experience at the cabin was wonderful!

This was a great place to stay! Great location, close but just far enough away for peace and quiet. Also very clean, comfortable and cute. The hosts were fantastic. Brian and Holly were on cue for everything we needed to know, often tellling us before we asked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Brian and Holly were so nice and the home is beautiful! Nice neighborhood too. Spectacular sunsets over the lake at the end of the road.

Our plans failed as I arrived at the cottage sick. What a charming place to rest and recover, though! Very cute, very clean, and very attentive hosts. I hope we can come again.

What a great place to call home for a few days. Cottage vibes. Great kitchen. Short drive to everything. Owners checked in with us and was very helpful with suggestions for entertainment and leisure activities. Across the street, there was even a family of deer that came to graze each night! And our teenage son LOVED having the seperate shed as a place to call his own.We'll definitely be back soon!

Quaint,adorable homey English cottage that was well stocked and clean. Was located in a quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to all the local attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our time at this charming little cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm and welcoming, like a true home away from home. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of cozy touches that made our stay extra special. Beautiful place to stay!!! Very close to everything we wanted to do (magic springs, pirate golf, downtown Hot Springs) There were 5 of us and plenty of places to sleep. Even has a mini house that is so cute and fully stocked! Loved all the outside seating and firepit area, had a good time roasting marshmallows and hot dogs on our last night! We will book again!

Brian & Holly are wonderful hosts; the cottage is lovely and exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need for a relaxing stay in the area. We were fortunate to meet Brian when we arrived, so we’re able to have a chat and get to know our host! The cottage is close to the lake as well as Hot Springs itself, so venturing out and about is easy. Do try the Superior Baths Tap Room - they brew craft beer on site with the spring water and the food was super!
