Located just 2 miles to Historic Downtown, Bathhouse Row, Hiking & Biking Trails and MANY More Attractions! This property is perfect for 2 Couples or a Family of 6. The Living room is a perfect place to gather with a 60" Smart TV or Play a little Pool and Gather with Family and Friends!

The Main Bedroom Features a King Bed, Bedside Table, Reading Lamp with charging ports and Roku TV. This bedroom is located in between both bathrooms, so easy access to either one! Note: Access to the Large Covered Patio is in this Bedroom.

The 2nd Bedroom is a Queen with Bedside Tables, Reading Lamps with Charging Ports and a 42" Roku TV.

The Bunkroom is a Fun Nook for the Kids and features 2 Twin Beds and a 42" Roku TV.
Note: The Laundry Room is accessible through the Bunkroom.

We enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend in Hot Springs. My son and husband thoroughly enjoyed the pool table! The beds were comfy, kitchen was very nice, and the location was super close to downtown and to the casino.

Great place to stat!

We stayed at the little cottage while attending my daddy’s memorial service. The location to stires and restaurants was great. Communication with the host was very responsive. We had an issue with the smaller bathe room toliet flush consistently. The deck on the back pourch was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. We would definately stay here again.

Highly recommended!

For anyone that is looking for a place to stay that is within minutes of what Hot Springs has to offer, clean, and comfortable, this house has it all! Easy check in and the interior is just as beautiful as the exterior including the porch in the backyard. Would 10/10 highly recommend this beautiful house and would definitely book again!
