Inside, you’ll find a bright, spacious living area with a comfortable new pullout couch for extra sleeping space, a gorgeous modern kitchen, and a dining area for four with Lake Views.
Start your morning with coffee from the espresso machine or Keurig, or end the evening watching the sunset on the water sipping wine from our unique hand-carved wine rack. (Wine for purchase or take one and replace one for the next guests.)

The cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed and storage for your stay. One Primary bathroom offers a relaxing jetted spa tub, while the second includes a walk-in shower and convenient washer/dryer.

Step outside to the covered patio, complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for easy lakeside dining. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared boat dock with two slips, making it simple to swim, kayak, fish, boat, or unwind by the water.

Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
There is only 1 assigned parking space `A` for this Condo. All others must park in gravel above if available.
