Newly updated condo located just steps away from the water's edge with a large swim dock. Beautiful lake views from every room, a spacious open floor plan, and all needed amenities in one adorable condo. This unit also has two FULL bathrooms with granite countertops in each. The master bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. This condo also includes a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. The bedroom features a brand new king sized bed and Serta mattress for a comfortable nights sleep and personal TV with ROKU. The master suite also includes a doorway straight to the patio to sit and watch the lake and listen to the water gently lap and relax you. The living room area is spacious with a couch, sitting area, and 50 inch flatscreen ROKU TV...just in case you get tired of looking at the gorgeous lake view. We also provide Philo streaming TV which has approximately 60 channels. Enjoy the fresh air and lake views while grilling outside on our new electric grill. Eating meals will be a breeze at the granite bar with comfortable barstools, outdoor on the patio, or at one of our common area picnic tables on the lake's edge. You could also enjoy one of our MANY close by wonderful tasty restaurants. With Bubba Brews pub and grill located right across the street and many other restaurants and cuisines within a 5 minutes drive. Oaklawn Racing Casino only 8 minutes away, Magic Springs 15 minutes, Garvan Gardens 13 minutes, and beautiful downtown Hot Springs a quick 10 minutes drive there is no shortage of things to do or places to eat.

***A boat slip can also be rented for $10 nightly. It is available on a first come, first serve basis. Notify the host if you would like to reserve the slip in addition to your condo reservation. ***

***There is a full size couch in the living room that will comfortably sleep one person. The couch is NOT a sleeper sofa.***

***An electric twin sized blow up air mattress is available upon request.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2025. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2026. This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.***

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***
