"This was the perfect place to stay for my small family of three. The communication was great, very clean and in a good location. There was a full kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap were supplied which was perfect because I had forgotten mine. They did a great job decorating the space. We would stay here again!"

"This is a remodeled, vintage motel with a great color scheme and large bathroom. The only issues I had were my GPS kept trying to take me a street over and a noisy neighbor around midnight (you can hear outside fairly well), but these could well be unique to my stay. No problems with anything else and the room was comfortable."

"This property was a fun stay! We ran into the property manager who was very kind and gave us a little tour and some background about the high school. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was close enough to downtown that we could walk and not have to deal with parking. The one thing we noticed could be better was the cleanliness of the place."

"This was a lovely experience, very close to downtown Hot Springs and filled with everything you might need, so dont overpack! Linda, the host, was attentive and gracious. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathroom was filled with all the personal care items in a wonderful selection. It was perfect for my solo trip. "The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view of the lake was great. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the boats. I walked down to the lake and swam around for a few min in the morning. The AC kept the room cool but it was too noisy. Next time I will bring earplugs. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will come back. Next time we will stay longer so we can rent a boat."
