「Very nice clean and owner is so sweet」

「This was our first Vrbo stay and I was a little nervous. Overall, the reservation was simple and the host communication was great. Gretchen reached out right away and there were really no unanswered questions. I was impressed! The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. We enjoyed it here very much. 「The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay...
