"Fantastic room great check in"

"Hot tub dirty! Beds super hard! Phone in room was ringing 5 different time one night and 3 time the next night no one was on the other end! Breakfast was a joke not hot food but a pancake! I rented 4 rooms and one toilet didn’t work and the others were dirty and all smelled like smoke! I told them about smoke and they said I am sorry! "

"Breakfast is definitely not what it used to be. Shower head holder was broke and refrigerator didn't work. Door wouldn't close unless you shut it extra hard. Bathroom door handle was falling off. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel. We checked in and went to our room. The carpet had dirt laying on top of it, the sheets on one bed had not been changed (there were lint, seeds and dirt on them), the bath tub had mud streaks, the toilet had dried urine under the seat, and there was only one bath towel. I assume the housekeeper had been there because the beds were made, and there was a bath rug over the side of the tub with little bottles of shampoo and conditioner on it. The "free breakfast" was little cereal boxes and milk in a refrigerator that was locked. This hotel also rents rooms by the week and month. There were people and cars congregating around the hotel entrance until well after dark. In conclusion, I will travel out of my way to avoid staying at this hotel again."

"We have stayed here before and we love it. There is plenty of room for our family. The view of the lake is great and it is quiet. We plan to repeat our visit every year it is available."

"The room was clean. It had everything we needed and the woman at the front desk was just as nice and helpful as she was the last time we stayed there."

"We visited at the end of January and it was pretty cold. We let them know and they brought us blankets and let us know it was ok to turn up the thermostat. They also agreed to let us checkout an hr later when a family member that was coming to pick one of us up got delayed due to snow."

"The house was fully supplied, more kitchen tools then we have seen in other nightly rentals. Although we were there for a quick family trip in the winter...we enjoyed what we could. So no reviews on the outdoor activiites. It was appropriate and roomy and had extra blankets and pillows too. Host did a great job communicating with us. "
