"The hotel needs major renovations to the rooms and bathrooms. Toilet didn’t flush correctly and insects were discovered in the first room assigned to me."

"Overall the stay at this hotel was good. However, the floor in my room was very dirty. I let the staff know it was dirty but it didn't seem like they cleaned it after I let them know so wasn't happy about that. Also, I did not like that there was no included breakfast. Given the price of the room their should be a complementary breakfast. Those are my only complaints as the hotel was actually nice and so was the staff. The pool and spa was great as well."

"Everything overall was good. The only minor thing is the blinds did not close 100% but there was a screen you could pull down to maintain privacy. Room was clean and everything else looked newly renovated compared to exterior. "

"80 deg, mini ac, took 12 hours to cool room. 2 in by 1 in cockroaches. Never so employee. Horrible night, left after one night of payed two nights. "

"No sheets on beds, just duvet and mattress cover, lots of wooden stairs to climb to room, covered with gravel and tree debris, not safe. No hand towels, we asked for them and they said they do not carry them. Showers limited to 7 minutes. Cafe had good food and good servers."

"The location is great. Property is cute. Parking was easy and there was loads of it. Amenities were useful, except my hand soap was empty upon arrival and even though the room was cleaned the second day the hand soap was not refilled. Luckily, I carry my own so it wasn’t a hassle. The TV did not function as it was not properly connected to the Wifi, so I ended up watching things on my laptop. I am however positive that these issues would have been addressed if I had called the front desk. The front desk was awesome!! The individual with the pink hair that checked me in at 9pm, was so nice and helpful, 5 stars to them! Now the room itself… pretty underwhelming. There was a stain on the carpet, near the refrigerator. The ice box in the refrigerator did not work at all, as my ice packs never turned solid despite being in there for 12 hours. The faucet though super shiny had a Super calcified spout/aerator. Also, the restroom door from the inside needed to be cleaned down, it had a brown hue in the areas that people touch the most. The restroom itself though was very nice and super clean. Overall, it was a pretty average place that could use some updates/ repairs/cleaning. The beds were clean and comfortable and it is definitely an option I would consider again depending on the rate when booking."
