"This cottage so close to the sea, was really a pearl. We woke up to the sound from the waves. The morning coffee we enjoyed on one of the two terraces looking at the picturesque view . So nice and cozy place with a soul (one of the places you would really like to keep as a secret and not to tell anyone). "Let’s start with the down side. You have to drag your luggage up a few steps to get into the hotel. But who cares? This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location near everything you want to see and do. The breakfast is terrific with a huge selection. But what really made our stay is the service we received. Warm and friendly, every staff member made us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying at this property whenever you’re in Bergen. "
