Contemporary town-home in downtown with expansive views of the Columbia River and downtown Hood River. This is the perfect home for several couples, or one big family. The kitchen is equipped for even the most demanding of chefs. Expansive quartz counters allow you to spread out. Eat at the counter top island, or the dining table. Floor to ceiling windows allow you to be part of the action outside. Enjoy views of the river and hills of White Salmon and Underwood. Watch the action happening on the water. Walk to downtown; only minutes from the fabulous restaurants and shopping Hood River is known for. A bedroom with a King and twin, another with a queen, a third bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the 3rd floor with a king and a living room with a pullout bed, TV, private bath, and a roof top patio with comfy furniture for outdoor relaxation for all.This lovely home is in a complex with other homes, including full-time residents. We ask that you please respect their neighborhood and expectation of privacy and observe quite hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Thank you.This is a no smoking building. Great place in the center of town within a mile of about 30 restaurants. The view from the living room is a panorama of the river. The place is built vertically so be ready for lot of stairs. The place was very clean and the management are very responsive.

Great views and location

First of all, there is a lot of stairs, even to get to the first level. But the views from all 3 levels are great. We spent 1-2 hours each evening on the deck watching the sunset. The location is perfect. We walked to breweries, cafes and shops every day. The house is clean and modern with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It comfortably slept our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The tandem garage was big enough for our sedan and Rav4.

Nice property in a great location. Our only issue was that on hot days the fourth floor gets really hot and the air conditioning is not sufficient to cool it down.

Amazing house with lots of space and great views. Location was perfect, quick walk to the downtown area which worked out perfect, especially with a group. Lots of available parking on the street. Amy was a great host and had great communication. Highly recommend this location!!

The views from all three floors in this house were terrific. Some of our party had to work during our trip, and they loved being able to watch the kites on the river during their meetings. I loved the extra long garage, and the location could not be beat- we were one block from the shops and restaurants of down town HR. We really enjoyed our stay.

Right in the heart of downtown Hood River

Beautiful tri-level with gorgeous views. Easy 5 min walk into downtown for shopping and eating. Hood River is a great jumping off point for a lot of outdoor activities. Might seem odd to you, but we were very impressed with the clarity of the check-in/check-out directions and how everything in the unit that needed a label/instructions, had one.

Spacious home

Overall, this home was great - lots of bedrooms, beds were comfy, space to spread out. The garage has space for 2 cars which was super helpful. Kitchen seemed to have some limited items (no rubber spatula, for example). Home has a lot of stairs, which we knew about so that was not an issue. However, the top floor (with a living space w/ TV) was open to the floor below (where the kitchen and other living space are) so the noise travels a lot. If you have adults, this is not a problem, but if you have children, you'll hear all the noise even if they are upstairs in the TV area. We would definitely stay again, but only with a group of adults.

An enjoyable stay

We planned to stay for 3 nights over Christmas weekend. The ice storm shut down I-84 so we lost 1 night. Upon checking in, we discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. It was Christmas eve so I didn't contact the owner about this. Luckily, we bought along some, enough for our stay. If you plan to cook your own food, bring a knife sharpener. The knives were very dull, almost unusable. Water dispenser was broken so you'll have to bring your own filtered water. The house was at a great location. Its central location meant that we could walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Grocery store was a short drive away. The check in process was easy via a lock box. The house was very clean. There was plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. The view from the house was spectacular. We were able to fit a minivan and a sedan in the tandem garage. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street. There are plenty of pots and pans to cook family meals in the spacious kitchen. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Great Condo in heart of Hood River

Great place and great location. Appreciate the owner taking care of our most important concerns quickly. But not being able to enjoy the gorgous view from one bedroom due to a faulty large blind that could not be raised was a disappointment.

We thoroughly enjoyed your stay in this lovely home. The location provides terrific views and easy access to the downtown Hood River scene. Do be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, but the views are well worth it. The garage has room for two cars and there was also street parking. The complex is quiet and well-kept. We would definitely return here!

Fabulous, spacious, contemporary rental in the heart of Hood River

Beautiful property, exactly as advertised. Modern, well- appointed kitchen. large comfortable bedrooms, plenty of seating in the living room and on the deck. Since it was 106 degrees almost every day of our stay, we were grateful for the well functioning air conditioning too! Can't wait to return during a cooler week.

Great House!

This house is absolutely beautiful, well-kept, and in a great location. Gorgeous views from the rooftop balcony and a phenomenal kitchen for cooking. Only a few minutes walk to downtown, farmers market, bars, etc. and quick drive to several hikes and wineries. We will definitely be back again!

Great group house for weddings

This house was beautiful and very spacious. It sits on a nice hill that overlooks Hood River. It was easy to get to and very close to lots of bars and restaurants with ample parking.
