The scenery is beautiful but we could not access the dock because of duck pollution. The home needs maintenance per list sent to contact. Infestation of ants made it uncomfortable. Garbage and recycling was never picked up. Home was very comfortable and as described. Very clean with exception as reported. Gift bags for us and dog very appreciated and useful. A guest book would be nice for renters to see where others have come from. Linens excellent and plentiful. Smart TV would be nice. Air conditioners very appreciated even though we only needed one day. Swimming was non existent as area was covered with floating weeds and algae. Believe this could be the season causing this. As reported, kitchen tap needs replacing, ledges between windows need cleaning, dining room light full of bugs, entrance steps need repair. Ants terrible, we kept all unpackaged food and fruit in the fridge. No outdoors balcony light that was working, and front entrance very faint, suggested security light, need rubber mat upstairs bath tub, height of TV uncomfortable for viewing, etc. regardless of the cons, I would recommend this spot for others for the tranquility and beautiful scenery.
