"I had trouble with the lock box until we realized it was not going to unlock-that you open it to get the key lol. Pleasantly surprised at the cute cottage, very clean and everything you need. We brought our own water and coffee pot as it was only 2 of us and I am used to my tiny 2 cup cone filtered coffee. The Atari machine was fun. My dog enjoyed doing loops around the place and going down to the fishing dock. Not a long drive to the artsy 5th most laid back town in NYS Naples where everyone...

"Our stay was amazing. The place was newer, immaculate, and so cozy. The coffee bar was great. We spent lot of time on the patio enjoying the peace and quiet and taking in the backyard. Although we don’t have small children the finished playroom in the basement was adorable, and the air hockey and pool table was fun for us adults. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. "

"Beautiful property! Easy access. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. We would definitely rent again. Hopefully with those 2 issues addressed. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us!"

"Our family of 12 stayed for a week and had a wonderful visit. All the bedrooms accommodated us well and the gathering space on the main floor allowed for us all to eat meals and spend time together. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and the house was very clean upon our arrival. The location can't be beat. We docked our boat for the week and it was a very sturdy, well cared for dock. Would love to stay again!"

"Lovely little getaway right on a vineyard with a tranquil view of the lake and surrounding area. The bed and loft are just right for a small family and the corner shower is just what you need to clean up after a trip to the local attractions. Included amenities are excellent with a full outdoor setup, internet and entertainment, and collection of games for the kids. Full kitchen and big island make for an easy cook, prep, whatever. My only hesitation with booking this property again is the smell...

"Home was clean and comfy. A few recommendations would include a hand towel in the kitchen and bathroom, a wash cloth along with towel racks in the bathroom. There wasn’t any coffee in the kitchen. Luckily, we brought our own Mr. Coffee maker and coffee. A curtain or blind at both doors are needed for privacy at night."

"We had a wonderful stay with our family. It was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, we grilled, we had a fire in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. My only suggestion would be to have an 11 am checkout, it was a little difficult to get all the linens and towels washed and be out by 10 am and we only used the downstairs two bedrooms.Thank you again for letting g stay at your place we reworked anhiyedniur tine. "

"This cozy little cottage was minutes away from a wedding that I attended in Naples NY. We like to cook our own meals- kitchen had all the essentials. Cottage was comfortable and quiet. The cottage itself was lovely with many thoughtful details. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hosts took the time to have the cottage warm for our arrival, with some sweet welcoming touches. "The area is scenic, just beautiful. Cottage is well maintained and pretty. Furniture is comfy, and little details are attended to. It's a busy area but the backyard is private. I've stayed in cottages where they didn't have salt and pepper, or any hand soap. This place had a selection of spices, soap in each bathroom, all the towels. Even some shampoo and conditioner! Rachael was easy to talk to and responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend 😀"
