THE RECEPTION STAFF ESPECIALLY MONIQUE WAS VERY PROFESSIOAL & WELCOMING.
THERE WAS NO MAID SERVICE THE FIRST NIGHT & COFFEE ETC WAS NOT REFRESHED.

Staff was so kind and helpful. By far surpassed my expectations, from reception staff to cleaning staff. They were all so kind and approachable. The room itself was very clean, again surpassing my expectations.
