「The stay was disappointing overall. We encountered lizards and worms inside the house, and a water leak detector alarm kept going off through the night, making it difficult to sleep. The house felt messy, poorly organized, and very outdated. Much of the furniture and appliances were old and worn, and the mattresses were far below the standard expected for the price. There were also “do not touch” signs throughout the property, which made the environment feel unwelcoming.The check-in and location...

「Lovely grounds, incredible golf course and palm tree view and a lanai/backyard with plenty of space. Perfect for my 12 year old and myself. Great location with KTA and fantastic farmer’s market nearby. Pool was nice for a quick dip, and not too many people there. Only hiccup was a fridge that wasn’t cold enough.」

「Older unit, interior nice but noisy due to old school wall of jalousie windows… Coqui frogs & road noise. Additional charge for AC although owner manager is able to remotely control temperature and limit to 72 degrees at night even when and hot humid. Big Brother Vibe」

「Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!」
