「The unit was clean, comfortable but not what we expected. We expected a house not a one bedroom condo on the third floor up four flights of stairs」

「There are so many great things about this Condo..mostly you CANNOT beat the location for the price. You are ocean FRONT! Sitting on the lanai itself is a vacation, watching waves, sunsets and surfers is so relaxing. Yes the place could use some TLC but honestly didn't care. There are somethings that are just going to age due to not having A/C it is what it is. Musty smell, no prob open up the doors. We had everything we needed. Bed comfortable/clean.Washer/dryer. Plenty of towels/linens....

「We really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to cross the street to go over to watch the sunset. Deep swimming pool. Hot, hot tub. Bed was comfortable. Tons of parking.」

「The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available, making it very convenient. While the building itself is a bit older, and some signs of wear are visible, particularly in the bathroom, the unit is well-equipped. It comes with a full kitchen, as well as a high-quality washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommended this place to others.」
