"We loved the location. The water pad and dock provided hours of entertainment for my kids. Loved the welcoming touches like the letter board welcoming us. We also really loved that there were kayaks there to use and we didn’t have bring our own. The house is adorable and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a great stay, fantastic location & amenities. I would strongly suggest property gets life vests for all ages. Thank goodness we brought 1 child and 6 adult life vests. There were numerous propane tanks thank goodness 1 was full since the grill tank was empty. Definitely ask the host if tanks are full if planning on using the grill or gas fire pit. washer / dryer upstairs in master bedroom, no laundry soap but we brought some with us. Road getting to the rental may be rough for a car due...

"It was an amazing trip with family. There was a lot of space for everyone. We took advantage of the spacious and private pool. Our host gracious and communicative. "Orit checked in with us & was so flexible since a hurricane was coming at the beginning of our stay. She truly cared and wanted us to be able to enjoy our vacation. Great property! Nice master suite and 2nd bedroom has bunk beds for up to 4 kids. Living, dining, and kitchen are very open. "This house has everything you need to enjoy the river and plenty of room inside the house and outside on the dock. This year there were plenty of manatee and other wild life- this time we got to see a mommy and baby dolphin cruising the river which was something we’ve never seen before! "This house was amazing for my family. We got to enjoy kayaking, manatees, and even a dolphin came and jumped right in front of the deck for us! The house was super clean and comfortable. The host was amazing as well she has excellent communication and wonderful recommendations for the area. I cannot wait to go back and visit it again. "
