If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, affordable place to call your home base when you’re exploring Floridas Nature Coast, you’ve found it.

Kitchen has everything needed to prepare an amazing breakfast - Keurigs to toaster, lunch - sharp knives and cutting boards, or dinner - sauce pans, skillets, and strainers,. Adjoining the kitchen is a comfortable dining area. In the living room you will find a large sectional couch with recliners, a wall mounted big screen tv, and full service Wi-Fi.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh clean linens, a full size dresser and mirror. The bathroom has a shower/ bath and comes stocked with 2 sets of towels, hand towels, and wash clothes.

The off street parking allows you space for multiple vehicles or trailer.

Conveniently between the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park and the McRae’s Boat ramp. Entertainment and good food can be found at the many local venues, The Shed, The Old Mill, and the Florida Cracker Monkey Bar, while great seafood can also be found at The Freezer, The Coast, and Sweet Sassa Cafe. All of these are within a mile.

This triplex has three full apartment units. This is the end unit on the left.

Washer and dryer are on premises free of charge.

Golf cart rentals are available for an additional fee, please inquire about availability.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We were low on dish soap and kitchen toweling. One of the recliners was broken and we are not savvy with smart TV. Would be helpful if you had laminated instructions for TV and contact information. Overall we enjoyed our stay greatly.

Very comfortable cottage. The standard on everything was excellent. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great. We rented a golf cart, and had so much fun cruising around Old Homosassa. I can’t wait to come back.

This house looks newly renovated. The kitchen appliances are impressive, as is the entire house. The bed was super comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality. The location is close to anything you need yet far enough out to be away from traffic. Parking is large enough for a truck and boat trailer useful as the boat ramp is only five minutes away.

Very cute place. Loved the decor. Size was just right for one person, would be fine for 2 as well. Love, love the shower! The location was very quiet and peaceful neighborhood place. Walking distance to restaurants.
