Only negative/be-aware-of first: it can get hot and muggy in the afternoons. Don't leave the windows open hoping for a breeze, we figured out that leaving them shut after the early morning kept some of the overnight coolness in the house. We appreciated the super comfortable mattress and luxurious pillows and slept well here. We saved a lot of money on our trip by using their kitchen and their ice chest to pack lunches. It was nice that they provided your first day's coffee, sugar, oatmeal, some snack bars, beach towels, and washer/dryer. This place is not far from anything as the crow flies, but is way up the mountainside from the coast. The road to the house is in good condition (our little Toyota Corolla rental had no trouble), but can be a bit of a nail biter if you're not used to such steep roads that go straight up/down. We got used to it and would stay again, and the payoff is a lush semi-wild farmland surrounding you and a view down to the ocean below.
