"Prima huis voor een groep vrienden die overdag weg is. Het vakantieparkje ligt in een mooie omgeving. Kreeg pas laat op de aankomstdag de mail hoe binnen te komen en daarbij moeilijk (kan ook aan mij liggen) contact met Danny. Maar alles is gelukt en we hebben een prima verblijf gehad. "

"Vooral de rust en stilte vonden wij heerlijk. Fijn huis waar wij verbleven. Lekker terrasje in de schaduw. Nooit eerder gekookt op een keramische kookplaat. Nu dus wel. Ging prima. De koekenpannen zijn op de bodem behoorlijk gekrast (zou ik wel vervangen).Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers. Wij hebben in de bedstee (als ik dat zo mag noemen) op de begane grond .geslapen. "Der Kontakt mit Michael war sehr freundlich, man bekam zeitnahe Antworten und bevor unser Kurztrip startete, gabs vorab alle Daten (Code/Wlan etc), so dass keine Frage mehr offen blieb.Man hat in der Unterkunft alles was man brauch, selbst nen Kicker und die Natur sowie einen See direkt vor der Tür.Wir empfanden die Unterkunft als echt schnukkelig und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt :)"

"CheckIn super unkompliziert. Die Sauberkeit war etwas noch okay, hätte aber besser sein können. Im Sichtbereich der Küche z.B. hingen einige Spinnweben. Besonders unangenehm war, dass die Heizung in den Bädern nicht anzustellen ging. Zudem fehlte ein Tisch im Außenbereich. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft unterm Strich weiterzuempfehlen."

"Wir hatten Probleme mit einem Tierbefall in der Unterkunft. Wahrscheinlich Eichhörnchen niemand weiß wie die eindringen konnten Wir mussten das Haus wechseln und durch den Aufwand haben wir einen Tag der Urlaubsplanung von insgesamt 4 Tagen verloren Europarcs reagiert gar nicht. Echt ärmlich"

"Peaceful Family Stay in Nature We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life. Our accommodation was modern and comfortable, with very good internet, which was a nice surprise in such a natural setting. The staff was friendly, and everything was easy to navigate. One thing that was a bit unusual (but good to know in advance) — towels and toiletries aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. That said, once we were settled in, everything felt cozy and relaxed. A great place to unwind, explore the outdoors, and enjoy quality family time. We would happily return! "

"Returning customer as i like this hotel and convenient for my purposes. However on this occasion there were noisy next room residents late at nught and this was followed by staff stacking bottles and crates almost underneath my room or so it seemed - then 2 other loud crash noises some time after midnight - a disturbed nights sleep - hope for better next visit."

"This is a very upmarket hotel set in beautiful grounds and the whole establishment has been given much attention to detail. The result is the perfect venue for a holiday or a business meeting. However, there were a couple of issues on the last day of the three that had been booked. On our return from a day out we found our room key was disabled and the room itself incompletely serviced. This was quickly resolved but took the shine off an otherwise perfect experience. Also the 'day' menu in the restaurant never varied throughout the week which limited choices."
