Great hotel close to airport

Loved our stay in the cutest 1 bed/1 bath room. It had the cutest balcony overlooking the street, wonderful complementary snacks and great European vibe. The location was great and close to restaurants, bars, and the train. Highly recommend!

Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, room was very clean and bed really comfortable! My only quibbles are the lack of power sockets on both sides of the bed… and the sparse coffee/tea provisions. The cups for hot drinks were also just cardboard cups. Breakfast options were pastries, scrambled egg, sausages, toast, ham, cheese, pancakes, yoghurts, plus juices, teas and coffees. There are also other breakfast options a few minutes walk away if you want to explore further. There’s a cocktail bar and restaurant on the 8th floor with tables outside - some delicious cocktails, wine & beer options, nice food and lovely bar staff! The location of the hotel is great for central Brussels though - 10mins on the tram from Midi/Zuid station for Eurostar, 10mins walk from Grand Place, only 5mins walk from Mannekin Pis. Would definitely use again, but might bring a coffee mug and extension cable :)

To rate everything as excellent seems a bit over the top even to me, but I could not find a fault with this hotel. The hotel was handy to the airport and the shuttle was easy to catch and seems to run more frequently than posted. The staff at the front desk, in particular Adam, were wonderful, kind and helpful. I was cycling around Belgium with my own bike so needed to store my bike bag. Since I was returning to the hotel two weeks later, I was able to leave it at the hotel. So convenient! When I arrived after a transAtlantic flight, I was too early to check into my room, but they let me reassemble my bike in the spacious lobby while I waited for my room. The manager stopped and chatted with me about cycling as I did this. The hotel had a lovely courtyard with patio and a walking path that provided a wonderful refuge in fresh air. Yes, you have to share it with the smokers, but none appeared will I was out there. The restaurant had excellent food and service as well as snacks and drinks available all day. And then, when I returned two weeks later, it was all still perfect and Adam greeted me with recognition and warmth. If I ever return to Brussels, I will absolutely stay there again.
