The location of the house was perfect. The house itself needs some love. The whole house shakes when the washer is going there is mold in the kitchen and front door entrance area. No first aid kit under the sink kitchen Thankfully the fire station is next door we needed a bandaid. The owners needs to be better equipped with basic needs as well as some newer cooking and prepping stuff. You shouldn't have to worry about getting plastic from cutting boards or the coating from cookware in your food well cooking. Thankfully I travel with a can opener since there wasn't one there. The home owners really need to replace and restock there kitchen one small casserole dish and one bowl is crazy. as well as deep clean the carpet and couch they were stained up pretty good. The dryer took 2 to 3 cycles to dry the bathroom door on the second floor had the tack strip showing had to cover that. Lewis Realty has always been wonderful to rent from I highly recommend this company. The house could be wonderful as well with some needed updates.

Great location

This property has just a small bit of age in it but was still a great place to stay and the perfect location. The price was super reasonable and the property managers were great to work with.
