• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, ensuite bath with large jetted tub, huge walk-in closet with built-in drawers
• Bedroom 2: King bed with ample storage
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with ample storage
• Living Room: Queen and twin sleeper sofas
• Loft Area: Bonus hangout space with Roku TV and seating (baby gate available to block stairs)

• Fully stocked kitchen—cook meals to enjoy inside or at the picnic tables outdoors
• Large decks with coastal breezes and Intracoastal Waterway views from the back deck
• Outdoor shower (hot & cold water)
• Washer and dryer in-unit
• Dog-friendly (max 2 dogs, $200 non-refundable fee per dog)
• Beach gear provided: Chairs, umbrellas, beach cart
• Easy beach access: Just a 3-minute walk to the public beach entrance
• 1.5 miles to Topsail shops, dining, and entertainment
• 7 miles to Surf City Pier

One towel and washcloth provided per registered guest. Plus, Sol Searching Properties offers thoughtful “starter” items to get your vacation off to a great start (not meant to supply your entire stay):

• Kitchen scrubber, dish towel & washcloth, dish soap
• Dishwasher tabs, powdered laundry soap
• Bar soap (per bathroom)

Rental Terms:
• $400 security deposit and signed renter agreement required via OwnerRez after booking
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid ID
• Name on credit card must match the name on the ID
