Saltwater Resort is Topsail Islands newest luxury hotel accommodation!

Suite 3003 is a 3rd Floor Queen Suite with captivating ocean views and 700 sqft of modern well designed open living space. This suite has two luxuriously comfortable Queen beds, a sparkling modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area with table and chairs and a spacious living area with a queen size sleeper-sofa and club chairs. The 75 inch Smart HDTV with fiber optic cable service, high-speed WiFi, and full size washer and dryer allow you to discover the ultimate seaside escape with all the comforts of home.

When you arrive, your beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens. We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing vacation right, including luxury bedding, bath towels, travel size shampoo/conditioner /bath soap, cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and condiments, and a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

There is a sparkling saltwater pool on site for guests to enjoy April through October. The Saltwater Resort Property also has a modern two story Clubhouse Event Venue which can be reserved for private parties, events and meetings. On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple areas of seating and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. We have 8 beach cruisers you can check out and ride during your stay at no cost and 4 outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach!
