「Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Es gab alles, was man bei einem Urlaub mit Kleinkind braucht (Hochstuhl, Kinderbett). Die Loggia war auch ideal. Im Garten Bälle, Schaukeln und eine Nestschaukel. Für größere Kinder Fußballtore und eine Rutsche. Man kann wunderbare Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus machen. Ganz in der Nähe ist die Obernsees-Therme, die auch einen tollen Kinderbereich hat.」

「Was wir im Inserat nicht so ganz gesehen hatten, dass es eine Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbad sind, welche für 2 Zimmer gemeinsam genutzt werden. Wäre toll wenn darauf etwas mehr hingewiesen wird, aber wir waren die einzigen Gäste daher störte uns dies jetzt nicht.Eine kleiner Autoparkplatz am Eingang wäre noch toll, falls umsetzbar.Aber ich glaube da "jammern" wir gerade auf hohem Niveau :-)Gastgeber sind nett, Unterkunft top, modern, sauber, haben sich viel müde am Objekt gemacht, dies...

「チェックインのメールが２４時間前に来るはずが、来なかったので、メールを出したが、返事が来なかった。電話になかなかつながらず、ホテルのチェックイン手続きに不満がある。ホテルの設備には問題がなく、快適に過ごせたが、４泊の滞在で、一度も清掃サービスやタオルなどの交換がなかった。あらかじめどのようなサービスがあって、ないのか、事前に情報提供が欲しかった。初めての滞在者にはもう少し手厚い情報提供があった方が、安心だ。」

「Mit unserem Aufenthalt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung und die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es sehr ruhig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden gestellt und auch die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.」

「Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll! Wir haben uns das Wochenende über sehr wohlgefühlt und den kurzen Weg in die Kulmbacher Altstadt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, verfügt über Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, Kapselautomaten, Wasserkocher und alles Geschirr. Im Wohnzimmer finden alle Leute Platz und die Zeit kann gemeinsam bestmöglich genutzt werden. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben den Code rechtzeitig zugesendet bekommen und konnten unabhängig ein- und auschecken....
