Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, it was a last minute booking and we were very surprised. Great location and the staff were very accommodating to all our requests, highly recommend this to anyone.

The location is excellent, and the majority of the staff are very courteous. The room is indeed small, though this is consistent with European standards. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some refurbishment, as the bathtub is rather high and requires particular care when entering or exiting.

Beautiful hotel in the right place! Spotless room although not any breakfast tea or milk asked room service and reception but no joy. Hotel restaurant Coda is superb .
